These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the SalesGenie service.
By accessing or using SalesGenie, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
SalesGenie is a software product operated by UNITYXPERT LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16072762, with its registered office located at:

Throughout these Terms, references to “SalesGenie”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refer to UNITYXPERT LTD.
SalesGenie is an AI-powered Discord automation tool designed to assist online communities with automated conversations, lead qualification, CRM management, and sales workflow automation.
The Service may include:
• automated conversations with Discord users
• lead qualification flows
• CRM storage of conversations and responses
• email capture features
• automated follow-ups
• AI-generated responses
• dashboard tools for community operators
SalesGenie operates as an automation tool and infrastructure provider. It does not act as a financial advisor, legal advisor, marketing agency, or business consultant.
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13.
Users must meet the minimum age required by Discord and by applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements.
Users who install or operate SalesGenie in a Discord server (“Server Owners”) are responsible for how the Service is used within their communities.
Server Owners are solely responsible for:
• the content of their community
• offers promoted through the Service
• claims made about products or services
• testimonials and marketing statements
• compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• the legality of their business model
• compliance with email marketing laws
SalesGenie does not verify or endorse the accuracy of any claims made by Server Owners.
Server Owners who install or operate SalesGenie within their Discord communities are responsible for informing their members about the use of automated systems within the server.
Server Owners must clearly disclose within their community rules, onboarding messages, or community guidelines that:
• automated systems or AI-powered tools may interact with users
• interactions with such systems may be processed and stored
• Discord usernames, user IDs, and message transcripts may be collected
and stored for CRM, analytics, and operational purposes
• users may request access to, export of, or deletion of their personal
data in accordance with applicable data protection laws such as GDPR
or similar privacy regulations
Server Owners are responsible for ensuring that their communities comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws when using the Service.
UNITYXPERT LTD provides the technical infrastructure for SalesGenie but does not control how Server Owners disclose the use of automation tools within their communities.
Failure by a Server Owner to provide appropriate disclosure may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.
The Service may not be used for any unlawful or abusive activity.
Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:
• gambling services
• sports betting services
• pornography or explicit adult content
• nude content distribution
• Ponzi schemes
• pyramid schemes
• illegal investment operations
• unregistered securities offerings
• fraudulent income claims
• deceptive marketing practices
• scams or misleading financial schemes
• violations of Discord’s Terms of Service
• violations of applicable laws or regulations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities.
SalesGenie uses artificial intelligence technologies to generate automated responses and conversations.
AI-generated responses:
• may be probabilistic in nature
• may contain inaccuracies or errors
• may not always reflect factual information
AI responses generated by the Service do not constitute legal, financial, investment, tax, or professional advice.
Users should not rely on AI-generated responses as the sole basis for making decisions.
SalesGenie does not provide financial or investment advice.
SalesGenie does not verify the legality of financial services offered by Server Owners.
Any investment opportunities, trading services, or financial claims promoted within communities using SalesGenie are the sole responsibility of the Server Owner.
UNITYXPERT LTD shall not be responsible for financial losses or investment decisions made by users interacting with communities using the Service.
Payments for the Service are processed through Whop, which acts as the Merchant of Record for applicable sales tax and VAT purposes.
UNITYXPERT LTD does not process or store payment card information.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled according to the billing terms provided by Whop.
Refunds, cancellations, and billing disputes for the Service are governed by the SalesGenie Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Where any conflict arises between this Section and the Return & Refund Policy, the Return & Refund Policy governs.
Purchases made through Whop are also subject to Whop’s own terms of service and buyer protection policies, which may independently affect refund eligibility regardless of the terms stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
The Service may process and store certain data generated through interactions with Discord users.
This may include:
• Discord usernames
• Discord user IDs
• message transcripts
• responses to qualification questions
• email addresses voluntarily submitted by users
Data is stored for operational, CRM, and support purposes.
Data may be retained for up to twelve months after the last interaction unless deletion is requested.
Where UNITYXPERT LTD acts as a Data Processor on behalf of a Server Owner, processing is further governed by our Data Processing Agreement DPA, available on our website and provided as standard to Enterprise clients.
Authorized personnel of UNITYXPERT LTD may access user dashboards or system data for limited purposes, including:
• troubleshooting technical issues
• investigating abuse or violations
• enforcing these Terms
• responding to support requests
Access is limited to authorized personnel and may require user consent where appropriate.
The Service may rely on third-party providers, including but not limited to:
• Discord
• OpenAI
• hosting providers
• Whop (payments)
UNITYXPERT LTD is not responsible for interruptions, failures, or limitations caused by third-party services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of UNITYXPERT LTD arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the Service during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
UNITYXPERT LTD shall not be liable for:
• lost profits
• lost revenue
• business interruption
• indirect damages
• consequential damages
• reliance on AI-generated responses
• financial losses caused by server owners
• regulatory violations by users
• third-party service outages
• deletion, loss, or modification of messages, channel permissions, or Discord server content
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or intentional misconduct where such exclusion is prohibited by law.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
UNITYXPERT LTD does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The Service, including its conversation flows, features, and configuration, is under contin- uous development. Features may be added, changed, or removed as part of our ongoing improvement of the Service, and configurations may be adjusted based on performance data collected during use.
Where the Service requires configuration by a Server Owner, including selection of a Dis- cord channel for thread or ticket creation, the Server Owner is solely responsible for that configuration.
UNITYXPERT LTD provides setup guidance during onboarding. By completing setup, the Server Owner acknowledges having reviewed that guidance and confirms their configuration choices, including channel selection, before the Service becomes active.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless UNITYXPERT LTD and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
• their use of the Service
• content uploaded or promoted through their communities
• investment or financial claims made to users
• violations of applicable laws or regulations
• breaches of these Terms
UNITYXPERT LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if:
• these Terms are violated
• illegal activity is suspected
• regulatory risk arises
• the Service is abused or misused
Termination may occur without prior notice.
All software, technology, and systems associated with SalesGenie remain the property of UNITYXPERT LTD.
Users may not:
• reverse engineer the software
• copy or replicate system functionality
• attempt to extract proprietary algorithms
• resell the Service without authorization
UNITYXPERT LTD shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
• natural disasters
• war or civil unrest
• government actions
• infrastructure outages
• API shutdowns
• platform restrictions
• failures of third-party services
We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in England and Wales unless otherwise required by applicable law.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and UNITYXPERT LTD regarding the use of the SalesGenie Service and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Failure by UNITYXPERT LTD to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
